How long is shipping?

DUE TO COVID-19, Processing time is currently 3-10 business days+ the USPS shipping time, after the package is dropped off. Since all orders will be made fresh, we ask that you allow us time to fulfill them and deliver you the best quality of organic oils and body butters! Shipping times may vary. We will send updates and tracking with your order.

My order says delivered, but it is not here, why?

If this situation ever occurs, contact your local post office with your tracking information. Cashmere-Studio is assuring your tracking with every order, and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders made with lots of love and care. However, after your package is taken to the post office, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

What is your refund policy?
